From 6 to 10 February 2017 our company carried out the certification audit for compliance with the management system requirements of the certification of food safety systems, FSSC 22000, the requirements of which are based on the international standard ISO 22000: 2005, HACCP principles and requirements for the program prerequisites detailed in ISO / TS 22002-1: 2009 (formerly PAS 220: 2008).

During the four days of our company carefully studied from the point of view of all business units: enterprise survey for changes concerning the structure and scope, documentation and mandatory procedures; meet regulatory requirements, compliance with ND, communication facilities and workspaces, waste management, equipment maintenance, management of purchased materials, measures for the prevention of cross contamination, personal hygiene, etc.

Particular attention was paid directly to manufacturing operations: processing, product recall procedure, warehousing, product information and consumer awareness and protection of food products, bioterrorism and vigilance.

Finally, a discussion of test results, summed up the first conclusions and announced preliminary results.

At the current time eing studied thoroughly collected during the audit data compiled an official report verification.
