Certification ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 9001:2008

The management of «Aquatir» Ltd. has always had high demands to quality of alimentary products. Technologists and experts of the enterprise produce fish products and caviar grounding on the corresponding standard documentation. However in contrast to the requirements to individual characteristics of a product which can change depending on consumers’ demands within Regulatory Documentation, requirements to food safety stay the same.

All over the world there has been accepted the precautionary model of the system of safety in food production based on ÍÀÑÑÐ principles (the most effective technique of safety of foodstuff).

As we wrote earlier, for a long period of time our enterprise has been developing and approving ISO documentation, along with it the enterprise has introduced and adopted the precautionary model of the system of safety in food production. All personnel was trained by the representatives of certified body TUV-Qualitat (Moldova-Germany).

The final certification was performed by experts of TUV-Thuringen Vera Brunhilde Kohler and Julia Schneider who by means of strict expert examination have confirmed that fish-breeding and processing plants of the enterprise of «Aquatir» Ltd. correspond to all requirements of standards ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 9001:2008.
